TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – ROAD TRIPS DR
1. PURPOSE
These terms govern the sale of travel services organized by Road Trips DR, including accompaniment, transportation, accommodation, activities, and proposed services.
2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
Registration becomes effective after payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount.
The balance must be paid no later than 7 days before departure.
Prices are expressed in USD per person, according to the chosen package.
3. MODIFICATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
By the Client:
Cancellation between 7 and 30 days: refund pro-rated to the expenses already incurred for trip organization.
Less than 7 days: Non-refundable.
By Road Trips DR: In the event of trip cancellation due to force majeure or if the minimum number of participants is not met (4 participants), a postponement or refund pro-rated to the expenses already incurred for trip organization will be offered.
4. TRAVEL CONDITIONS
Participants must be in good physical health.
Road Trips DR reserves the right to modify the itinerary for logistical or meteorological reasons.
Each participant must have a valid passport, personal travel insurance, and comply with safety instructions.
5. CUSTOMER DATA
Road Trips DR may collect and use Users' personal data:
To Improve Customer Service
The information you provide allows us to respond more effectively to your requests and support needs.
To Personalize the User Experience
We can use aggregated data to understand how User categories utilize the services and resources provided on our website
To send periodic emails.
6. INSURANCE
Basic insurance is included. Any additional insurance (cancellation, luggage, health) is the responsibility of the client.
7. LIABILITY
Road Trips DR acts as an organizer but cannot be held responsible for incidents due to external service providers (accommodation, activities…). Liability is limited to that provided by Dominican tourism law.
8. FEEDBACKS
Road Trip DR is committed to providing the best services within its expertise and through its network of collaborators. All feedback given to improve the quality of service provided will be welcome via a satisfaction form, which will be submitted at the end of each trip.
9. DATA PROTECTION
Collected data is used exclusively within the framework of travel organization. No data will be sold or shared.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Dominican law. In case of disagreement, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.
